Submit your photos for the 2026 Baxter State Park Calendar

The annual Baxter State Park calendar is a collaborative effort of Friends of Baxter State Park and Baxter State Park. The calendar is an important outreach tool for the Park and a great opportunity to share your passion for the Park through your photography! Every year, Park staff and Friends members donate all photos for the calendar. The deadline for submitting photos for the 2026 calendar is October 31, 2024. Please download a packet with an entry form and detailed instructions for preparing and submitting your photos below.

Preliminary photo selections will made in November 2024 by a review committee. The 2026 calendar will be designed over the winter, printed in the spring, and should be ready for purchase by early summer 2025. All photographers with a photo printed in the calendar will receive a complimentary copy of the calendar from Friends of Baxter State Park. The calendar is published by Maine Scene, a family-owned business in Union, Maine.
